Since 2017, he has been in charge of the magnificent Jardin des Plumes in Giverny. Brilliant and innovative, he has breathed new life into the establishment with his creativity.
In 2020, he won the Top Chef competition, which ranked him among the best French chefs.
In love with his native region, David Gallienne distinguishes himself by proposing a cuisine inspired by the Normandy terroir, which he revisits with surprising flavors.
His camembert emulsion, his vine shoot smoked fish and his shellfish tartars are some of his signature dishes.

Ce que j'aime avec Voilà Chef, c'est que que les recettes proposées sont celles de Meilleurs ouvriers de France et de grands chefs ! Ce sont eux aussi qui, de façon très didactique, réalisent les recettes. Les vidéos permettent de faire des pauses et de revoir encore et encore certaines parties techniques. Cela permet aussi de voir les gestes et les textures attendues.
On peut ainsi sortir des réalisations d'exception sans pour autant être Chef 😉Bref je recommande vraiment (partie pâtisserie pour ma part)!

Le partage de connaissances d'aussi grands noms dans le domaine est un pur bonheur! Leurs explications sont justes et précises, et juste suffisamment détaillées. Les vidéos sont de bonnes qualité, et les recettes sont extras, toujours avec "facile,moyen, difficile". Le seul truc qu'il manquerait ce serait de pouvoir poser des questions au MOF. Mais sinon, j'adore cette plateforme!
