Nicolas Paciello, a talented pastry chef from Moselle, was a finalist in the recent Meilleur Ouvrier de France competition. Having cut his teeth at the renowned Parisian institutions of Le Crillon and Le Prince de Galles, Nicolas has held the position of pastry chef at Hôtel Le Fouquet's in Paris since 2019. He also recently launched his own patisserie, CinqSens, in Paris and the Paris region.
