Once the request has been placed, please allow 2 to 5 working days to receive your refund.

Our memberships are non-binding and can be terminated at any time by going to your Account.
You'll keep your access until the end of the billed period.
To cancel your membership, simply go to "My Profile" / "Update my Membership"
