BIOGRAPHY

Jeffrey Cagnes is a talented Parisian pastry chef.

He was the executive chef of the famous Stohrer house, the oldest pastry shop in Paris located on rue Montorgueil.
Since 2021, Jeffrey has opened his own shop: a sublime pastry and chocolate shop in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.

An inveterate enthusiast, he has been able to revive to their former glory the great classics of French pastry, such as baba au rhum and puits d'amour.

He strives to work on recipes that have a lower sugar content and more refined presentations. 


His signature cakes include the vertiginous old-fashioned religieuse, his elegant Pavlova and his pretty pies decorated with pearls of whipped ganache.
