BIOGRAPHY

Olivier Magne is a chef-baker, born in the Cantal region. In 2015 he was awarded the prestigious title of Best Crafstman (M.O.F).

Born into a family of bakers, Olivier Magne began his career by learning from his grandfather before taking over the family bakery, specializing in natural leaven.

Passionate since childhood, he wanted to pass on his "know-how" by becoming a teacher at the prestigious Institut National de la Boulangerie-Pâtisserie, and then travelling in France and abroad.

His mastery and his constant desire to improve have enabled him to acquire expert technical skills in the art of working with the dough, whether it be to create bread or delicious pastries.

In 2016, the Chef opened his first Farine & O bakery shop in Paris, where his long-fermented sourdough breads and viennoiseries are featured.
He has co-authored the reference book titled "Le Grand Livre de la Viennoiserie".

Among his signature products are a crunchy multigrain and fruit bread, his lemon roll and his blackcurrant-lemon top-shaped brioche, which he presented during his MOF competition.
